• Décor Styling & Design • Venue evaluation, site visits and recommendation • Managing Budget • Identifying and matching the brief and sourcing suppliers • Obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers • Co-ordinate with suppliers, logistics quotation comparisons. • Supplier Scheduling on the Day • Co-ordinate and manage on the day delivery. • Meet/Skype call with client to update them with a list of suppliers explaining what all the suppliers offer and advising the couple which suppliers are suitable for their wedding and why they should choose them. • Arrange with client that once the suppliers have been chosen there will be supplier meetings where tastings will take place. • Manage Stationary, i.e. content management, RSVP Management’ • Seating co-ordination and printing of the seating plan • Programme and menu planning • On the day management • Planning Management scheduling of every event including the time when all events will take place on the day. • Payment Schedule- ensure all suppliers are paid by the time the wedding takes place. • Photo Delivery
