Pay 2 and Stay 3 - South African Safari
Safari's were meant to be three nights or longer...allow us to let you stay for that extra night to really unwind and take in the splendor of the Thornybush Game Reserve in the heart of South Africa's Lowveld.

THE RATES INCLUDE: - Luxury Accommodation - All meals, teas, coffees & snacks - Dawn and dusk safaris in open land cruiser vehicles and Guided Walks - All Local drinks - 15% VAT THE RATES EXCLUDE: - Bar / mini-bar - Curio, telephone and laundry expenses - Spa Facility, anything of a personal nature / anything not specified - Conservation Fee & TOMSA Levy. Any Increases in any of the above costs - Conservation Fee R395.00 per person per booking for 2019 as well as Tourism levy : R14.00 per person per night GENERAL DEPOSIT POLICY For all F.I.T “Free and Independent Traveler” bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required within seven (7) days of the making of a reservation, unless a booking is made within 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case full payment is required to secure the reservation. Please note that a reservation is not confirmed or secured until this deposit requirement has been paid in full. The River Lodge at Thornybush reserves the right, without notice to the Company/guest/group/independent traveler (hereinafter referred to as “the guest”), to release any accommodation held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period. CANCELLATION POLICY - INDIVIDUALS Upon confirmation of reservation, TC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to: 60 to 31 days prior to arrival at the lodge = 25% Cancellation fees (Non-refundable deposit to apply) 30 to 00 days prior to arrival at the lodge = 100% Cancellation fees, unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. All deposits of 25 % received on confirmation are Non-Refundable and will apply as cancellation fees.
