THE ABOVE RATES EXCLUDE: • Bar / mini-bar • Curio, telephone and laundry expenses • Spa Facility, anything of a personal nature / anything not specified • Conservation Fee & TOMSA Levy. Any Increases in any of the above costs • Conservation Fee R395.00 per person per booking for 2019 as well as Tourism levy : R14.00 per person per night

GENERAL DEPOSIT POLICY For all F.I.T “Free and Independent Traveler” bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required within seven (7) days of the making of a reservation, unless a booking is made within 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case full payment is required to secure the reservation.

Please note that a reservation is not confirmed or secured until this deposit requirement has been paid in full. The River Lodge at Thornybush reserves the right, without notice to the Company/guest/group/independent traveler (hereinafter referred to as “the guest”), to release any accommodation held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.

CANCELLATION POLICY - INDIVIDUALS

Upon confirmation of reservation, TC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to: 60 to 31 days prior to arrival at the lodge = 25% Cancellation fees (Non-refundable deposit to apply) 30 to 00 days prior to arrival at the lodge = 100% Cancellation fees, unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. All deposits of 25 % received on confirmation are Non-Refundable and will apply as cancellation fees.
